Not well maintained
08/07/2010Pool was small. nasty, and in the parking garage. if you want to stay at a place where you can enjoy a pool, this is not the place.

This was a fun place to stay. The room was fine, clean, comfortable beds. The restaurant was excellent: best hamburgers we've had in some time. And they have a fully functioning Starbucks there too. The other guests were well behaved clean shaven young people and families of all ages. Front desk people were very helpful. We were visiting my sister in lives nearby and this was her suggestion as she said others had liked it, and we did too and will return.

Great hotel! Very clean and in great location: Ron Jon Surf Shop right next door, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Starbucks & lunch/ dinner restaurant in lobby. We stayed in jacuzzi suite - beautiful! Lots of space, newspaper each day, comfortable beds, thick bath towels, bath soaps/ lotion smelled great! Microwave & frig in room. Great views from the windows. 2 tv's in room. Cool pool with waterfall; pool is a bit small and it is halfway under cover on 1st floor of parking garage - no biggie as the ocean is about 30 steps from the hotel. Go to beach, then cool off with a quick dip in the pool. Worked for us! Professional, friendly staff. Late checkout at noon. No compliants - just wish we could have stayed longer! Stayed in April of 2010.

The hotel looked cool from the outside and the acquarium was nice. However, I was suprised to see the condition of the hallways and the room itself. For such a new hotel - it looked beat up. It was dirty and not maintained. The only thing I will say - if I had to pick a positive- the price and location was good.

My husband and our friends went on a cruise and stayed here the night before. This is probably the nicest, cleanest(I own a cleaning service)hotel we have stayed in when in florida. The front desk people were very nice and had a gteat sense of humor which we love. Our friends want me to book this hotel for our cruise next November. We were all impressed, especially for the price. Thank You Four Points for a great start to our vacation!!!!
